Product Practitioners is a community for people who are passionate about building great products and forming and leading teams. The purpose of this community is to enable individuals to learn from one another through honest conversations and sustainable connections. It's a safe space to share what you've learned, seek support for challenges you're facing and to engage with the stories shared by peers. Every member is encouraged to give more than to take from the community.
Any sort of mobbing, dodging or harassment* leads to being banned from this group without a warning and without the chance to enter it again.
It is allowed and even encouraged to disagree with one another. But keep in mind to talk to people in a way you'd feel comfortable being talked to. Members are encouraged to reach out to the Admin if they feel uncomfortable.
There are places to post job offers and actively approach people for new opportunities. This isn't one of them.
The exchange in this community is based on giving and taking. It's fair to ask for feedback or post something you've made but this is not a space for self-promotion. It’s ok to mention things you've done or written in the context of answers or advice. But keep in mind that it should provide additional value just to the Product Practitioners community. People who enter this group and start promoting services or products without introducing themselves and participating in discussions will be removed from the community.
