Here's what you're going to get out of this Workshop
Day 1: Product Strategy
Become comfortable with making deliberate choices about the audiences you want to focus on, what problem space is worth solving, and what you're not doing. You'll leave with your biggest strategic options made explicit and ready to be communicated and measured.
Day 2: Product Goals
Translate your strategy choices into leading indicators your team actually influences, so you can set goals that allow you to measure progress and course-correct. You'll leave with a metrics structure that tells you whether your strategy is working and that helps you prioritize activities.
Day 3: Product Discovery
Identify the riskiest assumptions behind your strategic choices and product goals, so you can test them with the right discovery techniques. You'll leave with structured research questions, prioritized assumptions, and a clear plan for what to test first - and how.

What Clients Have to Say

"I found Tim’s workshop to be a valuable and highly applicable dive and exercise into what a product strategy should be and how to start thinking about and crafting one for our own products. The training was well structured, had a good balance of theory and practice, and the materials, workbook, and activities are still enabling us to apply the learnings for our existing products. I definitely recommend the workshop and Tim’s approach."
Alexandru Bleau, Senior Product Manager at E.ON One

"We came to Tim looking to ensure a shared understanding of OKRs within our organization, and wanted to find an approach that moved us towards outcome-driven thinking while respecting the practical realities of our business. Tim guided our teams through engaging, interactive sessions to deepen our knowledge and help us think critically about the role of OKRs for our teams and the goals we’re trying to achieve. He worked with us and our unique context, coaching teams towards clear, motivating objectives and key results with shared accountability. I really appreciated his balanced approach and willingness to adjust to make this a good fit for our organization while not being afraid to challenge both leadership and teams on the ground. Our engagement with Tim has had a strong positive impact and I’d love to partner with him again in the future!"
Minna Ranjeva, Product Platform Manager at MSA - The Safety Company

"Tim has been an invaluable asset in guiding us through the challenging decision-making process for our product direction. His unique talent lies in distilling complex concepts into actionable steps, following a pragmatic approach that effectively closed gaps in our product strategy while ensuring alignment with our business goals. Tim's objective analysis and skill in facilitating productive discussions were highly effective, enabling us to make well-informed decisions. Looking ahead, we have solid plans to continue collaborating with Tim to expand the impact of our strategic decisions within our product teams, with a primary emphasis on harnessing the power of product discovery."

About your Host, Tim Herbig
I've spent 16 years in the trenches of Product Management. For 9 of those years, I served as Product Manager and Head of Product for some of Germany's largest digital products.
For the past 6 years, I've worked as a Product Coach helping teams at Lufthansa, The StepStone Group, OTTO, and E.ON define metrics that actually drive decisions — not just fill up dashboards.
I've seen what works, what doesn't, and what most product teams get wrong about measurement — and I'm going to share all of it in this masterclass.
